| A: | Yes, pixman uses NP-60, pixman Pro uses NP-120 and pixman SV uses NP-100. The batteries are available at most high street electrical retail shops. |

| A: | It uses rechargeable Lithium-ion battery (common Model Number: Fuji-NP60) which allows 2 hours of usage on full charge. You can easily purchase an extra battery on the digital shop. or 9 - 10 times 1G CF copied ( 1G CF takes about 9minutes ) |
| Q: | How quickly do I get my unit? |

| Q: | Can you view the files on pixman from it's LCD screen? |
| A: | No, the LCD screen on pixman provides only the basic information such as download status and battery level indication. You would need to connect to a PC to check your files on pixman. |
| Q: | I've formatted pixman using my PC and now it does not work, why? |
| A: | If you have used Windows Explorer to format pixman, it's most likely that you have formatted in NTFS. The pixman does not support NTFS. Switch off pixman and than connect pixman back to your PC, make sure pixman is connected to the main A/C source. |
| Q: | Can you use xD card in pixman Pro? |
| A: | Yes, insert in the same slot as Smart media (SM) card slot. |
| Q: | Where is the "RESET" button on pixman Pro? |
| A: | If you look at the top right-hand corner at the back of pixman Pro, you will see a small hole and the reset button is inside the hole. You would need a pointed object to press the reset button inside the hole. This is by design to stop user accidentally press the reset button during operation. |
