Our FREE standard delivery method within UK is Royal Mail Special delivery - Guaranteed Next Day. All orders received before 13:00GMT between Monday to Friday (except UK Public and Bank Holidays) will be dispatched on the same day.

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. This does not apply to business-to-business transactions.

The goods must be returned, unused with all the original packaging present within the 14 days of the notice to cancel. Returns postage charges will not be paid by Aqua Indigo. We reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund.

The Buyer must obtain a return reference number from Aqua Indigo prior to returning the product.
The return reference number will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue by Aqua Indigo.
Aqua Indigo reserves the right to refuse delivery of Goods after this period. All returned goods must have the return reference number marked clearly on the package. Aqua Indigo reserves the right to refuse delivery of any Goods returned without an return reference number. All Goods are returned at the Buyer's own risk and we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items. We will not refund any product which has been 'specifically ordered' for you unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the rare event that you do not receive all items of your order, you must inform Aqua Indigo within 48-hour receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time.

Should you wish to return a product please request a return reference by telephone, email, fax or by writing to us clearly stating your full details, invoice number and reasons for the return.

Within 28 days of purchase, if your goods are faulty we will offer a prompt replacement. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. A replacement will only be issued when the faulty item provided is in "as new" condition and undergone an initial technical examination. We must be notified of the fault within 28 days of purchase and proof of purchase MUST be provided.

If your purchase develops a fault after 28 days and within its 12-month guarantee, we will ask you to return the goods to us. Any goods that are faulty will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE: Any repairs must be accompanied by your original purchase receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to 4-6 weeks for repairs to be undertaken, depending on the manufacturer and complexity of the problem.

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at 020 8211-4508 or by email to sales@aquaindigo.com. Please also retain the original packaging and return it with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Return reference number is visible on the outside of the package.
Valuable goods are insured.

You include the original receipt, a brief covering letter explaining why the goods are being returned and any other relevant return reference information.

If your item is not in stock, you will be notified by email and we will automatically back order it for you. If the lead time is over 3 days you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.
